INGREDIENTS: (for 2 people)

4 Chicken thighs

2 Large potatoes

50g Peas

1 Onion

3 Garlic cloves

Sweet paprika

Dried parsley

Chicken flavoured gravy powder

Salt

Olive oil

20cl White wine

50cl Water

 

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

1: Take the skin off from the chicken thighs.

2: Finely chop the garlic and onion.

3: Cut the potatoes into small cubes.

4: Cover the base of a cooking pot with olive oil and add the chicken thighs. Gently fry until golden brown.

5: Cover the base of a frying pan with olive oil, add the garlic and onion. Fry until golden brown, then add it to the chicken.

6: Add 1 tsp of sweet paprika, 1 tsp of chicken gravy powder, salt to your own liking, a sprinkle of parsley, add the peas and potatoes.

7: Add the wine and the water. Stir, cover the cooking pot with it´s lid and leave to cook on medium to high heat for 45 minutes stirring ocassionally.
