Chicken & Chorizo Spaghetti Pan

Chicken & Chorizo Spaghetti Pan is a one pan meal that will be a sure hit for pasta lovers everywhere! Apart from using spaghetti, you can also use any other type of pasta. Total time from preparation to serving it is around 40 minutes and very simple to do using some easy to find ingredients.

INGREDIENTS: (for 2 people)

1 Chicken breast (sliced in small pieces)

1 Chorizo (sliced in small pieces)

300g Spaghetti (cut in half)

2 Garlic cloves (finely chopped)

1 Red pepper in brine (cut into long strips)

Yellow food colourant

1 Chicken flavoured stock cube (crumbled up)

Olive oil

Salt

 

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

1: Grab a deep frying pan and cover the base with olive oil.

2: Add the chicken and garlic, then gently fry for 5 minutes.

3: Add the chicken stock cube, 1 tsp yellow food colourant, salt to your own liking, the chorizo and spaghetti. Fill half the pan with water and cook on medium to high heat for around 20 minutes.

4: Leave to rest for 5 minutes and then add the red peppers on top and serve.

5: Enjoy… With a side salad and/or fresh rustic bread!
