INGREDIENTS: (for 4 people)
4 Chicken legs
1 Large potato
1 400g jar of chick peas
100g green beans
50g fine noodles
1 Cube of chicken gravy or 1 Tbsp
Saffron or yellow food colouring
1: Cover the bottom of a large pot with olive oil.
2: Add the chicken and cook on medium heat until slightly golden brown.
3: Add the finely sliced garlic, finely sliced potato, a pinch of salt, chicken gravy cube, green beans, saffron or food colouring and chick peas.
4: Add 750ml of water, stir well and bring it to boiling point then cook on medium heat for 20 minutes with the lid on.
5: Add the fine noodles and stir.
6: Let it rest for 15 minutes and serve.
7: Enjoy… Ideal with crusty rustic bread to dip in!
