Catalán Sausage With White Beans

How to make Catalán Sausage With White Beans.

Ingredients: For 4 People.
800g/ 2 Cans of Ready Cooked Cannellini Beans
4 White Botifarra sausages, or similar.
2 Garlic Gloves, crushed.
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and Pepper.
1 Tablespoon of Fresh Parsley, chopped.

Method: 20 Minutes.
Grill or fry the sausages until thoroughly cooked.
You can also bake or barbeque the sausages if you prefer.
When they are cooked set aside and keep warm.
In a frying pan, heat 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.
Fry the garlic over a low heat until softened.
Drain and rinse the beans in a colander.
Add the beans to the garlic and fry over a very low heat until warm.
Remove from heat and stir in the fresh parsley.
Season and stir.
Distribute the beans evenly on four serving plates, and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
Place a sausage on top of the beans on each plate.
Serve immediately.
