INGREDIENTS: (for 4 people)

1 Cabbage

4 Large potatoes

8 Eggs

5 Garlic cloves

Olive oil

Paprika powder

Salt

 

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

1: Cut the cabbage stork off and then cut the cabbage in 4 pieces and separate the leaves .

2: Cut the potatoes in slices or large cubes.

3: Grab a large cooking pot and add the cabbage and potatoes in it, also add a drop of olive oil and salt to your own liking. Also add the eggs.

4: Boil until the potatoes are soft, you can check by piercing them with a knife or toothpick. Drain the contents of the pot and add them back in. Leave to one side.

5: Peel the eggs and cut them in halves.

6: Slice up the garlic cloves and add them to a frying pan, add some olive oil and fry until they are golden brown. Add 1 teaspoon of paprika powder and 5cl of water. Boil for 5 minutes on medium to high heat.

7: Place the cabbage and potatoes in a large plate or bowl and add the eggs which you cut each in half, on top. Pour the sauce over them and serve.
