Berry & Turmeric Smoothie

How to make a Berry and Turmeric Smoothie.

Ingredients: Serves 4

  • 3 oz blueberries
  • 4 oz raspberries
  • 6 oz mangoes
  • 6 oz papaya
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 orange
  • 10 oz oat milk
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed oil
  • 1 lime

Method:

  1. Cut the mango and papaya flesh into cubes.
  2. Clean, wash and cut the pepper into pieces.
  3. Squeeze the orange and lime.
  4. Puree the mango and papaya with orange and lime juice, turmeric, flaxeed oil and oat drink in a blender.
  5. Wash the berries and put them into glasses.
  6. Pour smoothie on the berries and serve.
