Beef Stew Recipe.
INGREDIENTS: (for 2 people)
400g Beef (cut into chunks)
1 Large potato (cut into cubes)
50g Frozen peas
2 Garlic cloves (sliced)
1 Tsp Sweet Paprika
½ Tsp Yellow food colourant
1 Tbsp Olive oil
10cl White wine
1 Tsp Salt
1: Grab a cooking pot and add the olive oil, salt, sweet paprika, yellow food colourant, garlic and beef.
2: Add the wine and water. Bring to the boil, then turn down to medium heat, cover with the lid and leave to boil slowly for 1 hour.
3: Add the potatoes and peas, cover up with the lid and leave to cook on medium heat for 30 minutes or until the potatoes are done.
4: Leave aside for 5 minutes to rest before serving.
