200g Fried tomato sauce
2 Ripe tomatoes
3 Garlic cloves
1 Small onion
1 Meat stock cube
1 Glass of white wine
1: Finely chop the garlic and onion.
2: Peel the tomatoes and finely chop into small pieces.
3: In a large frying pan add some olive oil to cover the base and heat up on medium to high heat.
4: Cut the beef fillets into thin strips and add to the frying pan. Fry until the meat redness has gone.
5: Add the garlic and onion and keep frying until everything is golden brown.
6: Add the chopped up tomato and keep frying until the tomato has thickened up.
7: Add a sprinkle of salt, sweet paprika, oregano and parsley.
8: Add the stock cube which you crumble in.
9: Add the entire jar of fried tomato sauce.
10: Add the glass of white wine.
11: Mix all in well together and cook on medium heat for 20 minutes.
12: In a large cooking pot add a couple of tablespoons of olive oil and fill about half with water. Bring to the boil and add the spaghetti, also add a pinch of salt. Cook until the spaghetti is to your own liking.
13: Drain the spaghetti and put it back in the cooking pot. Sprinkle some olive oil over it and stir. Serve and add the pork and sauce over it. Or you can add all the pork and sauce directly into the spaghetti and mix in well together.
14: Enjoy… With some cheese sprinkled on top and a side salad.
