How to make Asparagus Wrapped In Bacon.

Asparagus Wrapped In Bacon makes an ideal starter or side dish to accompany your main course dinner.

Ingredients: Serves 4

  • 16 Fresh asparagus
  • 16 Thin slices of bacon
  • Olive oil
  • Salt

Method:

  1. Wrap each piece of bacon around each asparagus.
  2. Place them in an oven proof baking dish and sprinkle some salt and olive oil over each piece.
  3. Place in a pre-heated oven at 220c for 15 – 20 minutes or until the bacon is of a crispy looking colour.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
