
How to make an Asian Style Egg Rice.
INGREDIENTS: Serves 4
- 1 cup Basmati rice, boiled
- 4 Eggs
- 2 Cloves Garlic, finely chopped
- 2 Spring Onions, finely chopped
- 2 Green Chillies, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp Oil
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper Powder, to taste
METHOD:
- Heat oil in a wok and add the chopped garlic, green chillies and spring onions.
- Sauté for a few seconds and add the eggs.
- Stir fry for about 1 minute and scramble it.
- Add salt and pepper, and mix well.
- Add boiled rice and give it a toss.
- Garnish with spring onion leaves and serve.
