Air Fryer Mushrooms

How to make Air Fryer Mushrooms.

Ingredients: Serves 4

  • 8 oz fresh mushrooms, wiped clean and sliced in half
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 dry breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon water
  • olive oil spray


  1. Combine the flour, breadcrumbs, cheese, onion powder and garlic powder in a bowl.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Whisk together the eggs and water in another bowl.
  4. Pre-heat the air fryer to 375F.
  5. Spear a mushroom on a skewer or fork and dip into the egg then into the breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Repeat until all mushrooms are breaded.
  7. Put the mushrooms in a single layer in the air fryer.
  8. Spray with the olive oil cooking spray.
  9. Cook for about 6 to 8 minutes.
  10. Shake the basket or tray a couple times during the cooking process.
  11. Serve and enjoy!
